Little Zen Yoga is a mobile wellness organization cultivating the next generation of mindful, resilient, kind, and confident young minds.
Rooted in yoga, mindful practices, and social-emotional learning, we equip children to navigate stress, regulate emotions, and know themselves deeply.
We partner with schools, youth organizations, and health agencies to deliver developmentally appropriate programming — supporting children with skills they own for life.

Our signature school-based enrichment program brings trauma-informed, SEL-aligned yoga and mindfulness directly into your classrooms, gyms, cafeterias, or multipurpose spaces. Each session blends yoga, breathing and mindfulness tools, mindful games, and social-emotional learning to help students build emotional regulation, confidence, empathy, and focus — skills they carry into every part of school life.
A community-based youth wellness program that makes wellness accessible, engaging, and fun. Through family events, pop-up classes, multi-week series, and seasonal camps, kids build community and tools that support their whole physical, mental, and emotional development.

Yoga gives children more than flexibility. It hands them a toolkit for calm, focus, and confidence they'll reach for again and again.
Breathing and grounding tools help kids settle big feelings and pay attention when it counts.
Mastering a new pose builds the quiet pride that says, "I can do hard things."
Sharing the mat teaches empathy, patience, and respect for themselves and others.
Active, joyful movement builds strength, balance, and a lifelong love of being active.
We're proud to partner with schools, childcare centers, and youth organizations across Greater Cleveland.
The content is so age-appropriate — the kids really got into the poses and had a ton of fun learning the basics. It was an easy, engaging way to get moving together.
The kids loved the games, and I appreciated the kindness activity — the focus on what we put out into the world, and what we take in.
Connection! I loved the emphasis on it — setting aside time for partner exercises, then giving kids the chance to work in their own group with other kids they didn't know.
After the 8 weeks, my students showed real improvement re-focusing. I loved "stop, look, and listen," and how Ms. D explained that listening is a way of showing respect — and what respect really means.
I like all the games, dog pose, and being with my best friend!
We partner with schools, childcare centers, and youth organizations across Greater Cleveland to deliver age-appropriate yoga and mindfulness — building calmer rooms and happier kids.
